Description

Located in the Cordillera Negra range at an altitude of 3,750 meters, Laguna Wilcacocha offers breathtaking panoramic views of the peaks of the Cordillera Blanca range.

Highest altitude: 3,750 m
Group Size: 2 to 12 people.
Requirements: Must be in good physical condition for hiking at high altitudes

DAY 01: HUARAZ - LAGUNA WILCACOCHA - HUARAZ

  • 8:00 AM: Your adventure begins with hotel pickups.
  • Once all travelers are on board, we’ll head south from Huaraz to Santa Cruz Bridge, the starting point of our hike.
  • We’ll embark on a scenic 2-hour hike to Laguna Wilcacocha (3,750 m), a stunning viewpoint overlooking the Cordillera Blanca.
  • Upon reaching the lagoon, we’ll take some time to admire the breathtaking panoramas before beginning the 1-hour descent back to Santa Cruz Bridge.
  • Our transport will be waiting at the bridge to take you back to Huaraz, concluding a memorable tour.
