Description

Offers an easy hike that is perfect for acclimatization at altitudes exceeding 4,474 m. This trek provides stunning landscapes and panoramic views of the snow-capped peaks surrounding the lagoon.

Requirements: Must be in good physical condition for trekking at high altitudes

DAY 01: HUARAZ - LAGUNA LLACA - HUARAZ

  • 8:00 AM – Tour Departure
    Participants are picked up from their hotels in Huaraz. We begin our journey by transport toward the Llaca Valley, located approximately 27 km from the city. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking views of the stunning Andean landscapes.
  • 9:30 AM – Start of the Hike
    Upon arriving at the parking area near the lagoon, we embark on a short hike of approximately 40 minutes to the shore of Laguna Llaca. This beautiful body of water, surrounded by the towering Ocshapalca and Ranrapalca peaks, is a true natural wonder.
  • 10:30 AM – Exploration and Relaxation at the Lagoon
    Enjoy free time to explore, unwind, and take photographs of this magical place. If conditions permit, you can get closer to the glacier to admire its imposing structure.
  • 1:00 PM – Return to Transport
    We begin the return hike to the starting point, where our transport will be waiting.
  • 4:00 PM – Arrival in Huaraz
    We return to Huaraz, concluding the excursion.
